About this bottle

The mash bill for this San Diego County 4-Grain Whiskey consists of equal parts corn, rye, wheat, and barley. Local beer yeast is incorporated for flavor. Aging is achieved through a solera system using numerous small barrels, complemented by an in-barrel agitator to enhance wood-derived flavors. A small quantity aged in barrels of honeycombed cherry and yellow birchwood is blended with the solera-aged spirit before it is bottled at 90 proof.
