It's good, but with all the anticipation, I expected more. The candy/pastry flavor is a bit too dominant, and it lacks herbal notes for a bottle bearing this name..
This gin is strong, not for the timid. It has a spicy, flowery taste with hints of black pepper. The taste is sweet and not dominated by juniper. It finishes long, peppery, and dry.
95 points. An absolutely amazing gin, enjoyed during dinner.
