An elegant Agave Spirit from Las Garrafas de Jalisco NOM1558 in Jalisco, Mexico, using 100% Blue Weber Tequila and bottled at 35% ABV. It has an aromatic start with notes of cooked agave, citrus, flowers, herbs, and spices. The rich body adds grapefruit, orange, honey, anise, mint, and jasmine. The balanced, medium-length finish has notes of pepper and orange zest.
