This is a robust brandy with a notable burn. It could benefit from more flavor. It leans more towards spice than fruit and isn't particularly sweet. It certainly provides warmth and would be a good addition to eggnog.
Romas are somewhat like apple pie with cinnamon, nutmeg, and caramel apples. The flavors mirror the aroma, tasting sweet with decent body and a hot finish.
