Antoine Steffen 4.0

A smooth, blended whiskey aged for 8 to 10 years in Ireland’s County Mayo, in flame-charred bourbon casks. It has a delicate beginning with hints of vanilla and spice; while an easy life adds notes of grain, toasted oak, and smoke; leading to a long and rich finish with vanilla notes. August 2018 / September 2022

Salvador Hoffmann 2.8

The aroma consists of wheat bread and butter, fruits, apple, freshly cut grass, and a hint of honey. The taste includes molasses, fruit, and pear. The finish is smooth, with alcohol warmth. This 80 proof spirit is warming and works well as a mixer or perhaps on its own.

Trenton Swain 3.0

The nose is sweet, like honey, with a slightly medicinal quality and alcohol vapors. The palate is remarkably like bourbon, with significant sweetness and notes of oak, honey, and molasses. It's quite good.

Alphonso Sherrill 2.5

Neither good nor bad. The aroma is minimal, with only slight fruity notes and faint hints of spice, in my view. The palate has apple, vanilla, and spice, with a warming alcohol sensation at the end.

Ruthie Gould 4.8

This whiskey has more complexity than other Irish Whiskeys. You can definitely detect some cereal and fruit notes. Aging in bourbon barrels contributes to a stronger finish.

Arlo Craig 4.0

Another superb Irish whiskey, comparable to The Quiet Man.
