Kinsip's Wit gin remained in my thoughts after a spirit tasting this winter. I was so impressed that I absolutely had to have my own bottle to grace my bar (their stylish label is a bonus!). Beyond a consistent flow of balanced botanicals, what I appreciate most about this gin is the lavender notes that evoke a beautiful summer field of flowers. It's crafted well enough to drink on its own, but also pairs excellently with cocktails. If you enjoy mixology, this will inspire some warm-weather drinks. 8/10.
