Kill Devil Silver Rum

Great rum with notes of vanilla, caramel, and buttercream icing, but not overly sweet. A nice warmth on the finish. Mixed with a little simple syrup and lime juice, it makes for the best daiquiri.

Good solid rum, enjoyed in a cocktail and neat. Visited the distillery, great atmosphere and very friendly staff. If in the area you should definitely drop in.
