As a newcomer to spirits, this is my first cognac. It has a very pleasing and long-lasting flavor. The aroma is great, and I enjoy smelling it as much as drinking it.

Very well-balanced throughout, with a pleasant long finish and good flavors. It's just a little too thin in the middle of the palate, but very good overall. At 45% abv, it would be much improved.
Dark copper color. Smells like port wine. Semi-sweet, silky, and smooth with a prominent oak presence. Barely any alcohol is noticeable. A surprisingly pleasant drink.
The aroma is dominated by alcohol, with some underlying caramel sweetness. Floral notes are present. It features notes of dates and brown sugar, leading to a warming finish. Adding water reduces the sweetness and introduces a drying sensation.
Notes of grape, oak, berries, caramel, and port, with a warm baguette aroma. It's exceptionally smooth. The taste includes oak, sweet caramel, vanilla, and fruit.
Smoky, reminiscent of scotch. Not overly sweet, with subtle hints of honey and vanilla. Quite enjoyable.
