Nose - Smells like Jameson stout finished but with more intense flavors. There's a pleasant flavor I can't quite identify, present but much weaker in Jameson. Perhaps chocolate, malt, and a biscuit note. A subtle coffee aroma. The nose is truly great. Palate - Like Jameson stout but 1.5 or 2 times stronger. Sweet, but not excessively so. The alcohol is definitely noticeable due to the 110 proof. Maybe there's some oak? It all tastes Irish until the end, with some rye spice. Coffee, biscuits, cream. Possibly some vanilla too. It's rich, not thin by any means. Finish - The finish is medium length, revealing the American character of the blend. Some baking spice and a tingling rye sensation conclude it. It seems to become a bit dry at the end. I really like it; it's like Jameson stout but better, with more intense flavor and complexity from the spice and higher proof.
