J.J. Corry 'The Gael' Batch No. 2 Irish Whiskey A harmonious blended Irish single malt whiskey from Louise McGuane, founder of Chapel Gate Whiskey, created with a four-part blend of Irish Whiskeys: 5% 26-year-old Single Malt aged in Sherry casks, 27.5% 11-year-old Single Malt, 27.5% 15-year-old Single Malt, and 40% 7-year-old single grain. Its aroma presents shortbread, wax, stone fruits, peaches with cream, and heather. The complex character then adds apricot, lemon drizzle cake, honeycomb, fresh rye bread, thyme, heavy cream, and milk chocolate. It concludes with a delicate, medium-length finish revealing hints of hazelnut spread, apricot yogurt, mince pie filling, and pecan pie. August 2020 / September 2022

Terrible. It tastes like a watered-down mixture of basic Balvenie and Jameson.
