Subtle vegetal aroma, with initial hints of sweetness and spice. However, after a brief period of maturation in the mouth, it really opens up nicely.
An exceptionally smooth, flavorful, and well-balanced rye. It possesses a subtle sweetness and spiciness. It would be great if this product were consistently available.
Pine on the nose. Initially striking, with subtle pine notes following. It's average. Not bad, but not exceptional. 2.5.
Quite sweet; I loved it the first time I tried it, but not as much on the second tasting. Might depend on my mood.
The aroma had notes of clove and pine. It was sweet and unremarkable. The taste seemed younger than 10 years old.
