Hunter Fitzgerald 3.0

Reminiscent of a typical Speysider. Light and malty, with notes of citrus, toffee, and manuka honey on the nose. A toffee sweetness comes through first on the palate, followed by a hint of salt. Wood spice is more pronounced on the palate than the nose, and oak dominates the finish.

Bobby Odell 5.0

Not as refined as Yoichi 15, but still excellent. The nose offers Chocolate Covered Cherries, Floral, Toffee, Citrus, and Almonds. The palate has Malt, Smoke, Raisins, Dark Chocolate, and Pepper. The finish presents Apricot, Citrus, Sherry, Chocolate, and floral notes.

Myron Tom 4.0

A fresh, clean whisky with prominent notes of coffee, vanilla, and toffee. The finish is sweet and subtle, with oak and cereal notes surrounding the tongue. It could be more complex, but it executes its characteristics well.

Deann Hein 5.0

A whisky that is too smooth for my preference. It tastes of chocolate.

Van Craven 4.0

Extremely smooth with intense chocolate and a touch of salt.

Troy Haas 4.0

Earthy, soft
