About this bottle
Jacky Navarre, a fourth-generation cognac producer, cultivates primarily ugni blanc grapes on his eleven-acre estate in Gondeville, within the Grande Champagne region. He personally harvests his fruit, a practice now rarely seen. Distillation takes place on the lees (spent grapes) using his 30hl Charentais pot-still. His cognac is produced without any added sugar, boisé (concentrated boiled wood chips, which is permitted), caramel coloring, or water. It naturally reduces to 90 proof through evaporation.
