About this bottle

The Lhéraud family specializes in vintage cognacs, often including very aged expressions. Vintage dating in Cognac is rare, as barrels must remain sealed under government supervision in a locked cellar. Releasing or tasting requires a government inspector to unlock and re-seal the cellar and barrel. This 1974 Cognac was bottled in 2014, at 40 years of age, at its natural cask strength.
