About this bottle
Tanyard Hill Rye, a Barrel Proof Tennessee Rye Whiskey, was aged in one of the oldest barrelhouses at Jack Daniel's. Tanyard Hill is home to four barrelhouses constructed in the early 1960s and is situated next to the renowned Coy Hill. This Tennessee Rye, matured in barrelhouse 1, underwent charcoal filtration before being placed into new, charred American white oak barrels in November 2015. These are single barrel bottlings offered at barrel proof, with proofs varying between 130.2 and 148.8 (65.1-74.40% ABV). The 2025 Special Release will be available starting in October 2025.
