A rich, 21-year-old Invergordon single grain whisky by Douglas Laing, aged in a refill barrel from October 1994 to February 2016. 204 bottles were produced. It begins delicately with vanilla, a hint of burnt sugar, and buttered corn. The middle phase adds caramelized banana, baked goods, and orange oil, leading to a long, sweet finish with sponge cake, pepper, and fennel. March / June 2018 / September 2022
