The aroma presents sweet floral lemon and a bitter lemon peel. The mouthfeel is thick and sweet, with floral lemon. A slight bitter edge balances the viscous white sugar sweetness. It serves as a nice digestif, leaning a bit sweet but consistent with imported Italian limoncello styles. However, I still prefer a less sweet, more acidic profile from another brand. I also sampled this in a cocktail as directed (1 oz with prosecco) and can endorse it. Though, I generally enjoy "champagne cocktails".
