Served neat. Agricole notes dominate the aroma. Fresh, sweet, herbaceous, grassy, tart apple and citrus, with only a hint of funkiness. The taste is sweet, more like the rich sweetness from molasses-based spirits (which are included here), but also some of the grassy and funky agricole characteristics, particularly near the end and into the finish. Overall, a delicious and easy-drinking combination of Pacific molasses rum with agricoles from Hawaii and Martinique. An enjoyable spirit to sip on its own, but its delicate complexity might be lost in cocktails with strong components. Best enjoyed simply.
