Consistent vanilla pastry and frosting from start to finish. Bright. White grape skin notes. A subtle hint of palatable industrial character, reminiscent of Loch Lomond, Glengoyne style. Velvety mouthfeel with a light citrus finish. Definitely a dessert whisky.
