About this bottle
This marks High West's first bottled-in-bond bourbon, following their 2024 bottled-in-bond rye. The bourbon was entirely distilled at the High West Distillery in Wanship, Utah, within a single distilling season, which is indicated on the front label. It features a high-rye mash bill consisting of 64% non-GMO yellow corn and 36% rye. The spirit was aged for 4 years and 5 months in a federally bonded warehouse and is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). This limited edition will be available from August 1, 2025, at select retailers nationwide and through the brand's website, with a suggested retail price of $79.99.
