Hiatus was established by Kristopher DeSoto, a native of Texas, who, following a seven-year residency in Mexico, created Hiatus to bring the robust characteristics of Mexican tequilas to the American market. Made from 100% blue Weber agave, Hiatus is produced in collaboration with third-generation tequila artisans at La Cofradía. The blanco expression is unaged and bottled at 40% ABV.

A rich Agave Spirit from NOM 1137. It presents an aromatic beginning with notes of agave, earth, fruits, herbs & spices; while a rich & spicy development adds notes of citrus & white pepper; leading to a balanced conclusion of medium length.
