Herradura Blanco Directo del Alambique

This is an intense Agave Spirit from Mexico. It is the fourth release in the Herradura Coleccion de la Casa range, made with 100% blue agave and fermented with natural yeast. After distillation, it was bottled at 55% ABV. The aroma is striking, with notes of sweet agave, green pepper, spice, and a hint of crisp citrus. The palate has a rich progression, leading to a long and intense finish with notes of black pepper, earth, baking spices, and vegetal agave. Sampled May 2017.
