This offering is quite similar to a Rock & Rye. It's sweet but balanced with enough bitterness for an intriguing, shadowy flavor. The blend of rum and rye also creates an interesting character. A moderately spicy rye spirit with a bready aroma is contrasted by a warm, sweet, and slightly oaky rum. Throughout this, a pleasant ginger heat presides. You'll desire another sip immediately. This is excellent served neat, as a pour, or ready-to-drink over ice in a rocks glass. We thoroughly enjoyed this new creation and highly endorse it.

An intense, pre-mixed cocktail created by blending American Rye Whiskeys with aged Caribbean Rum, then adding macerated fresh organic ginger from Brooklyn and a dash of bespoke bitters before bottling at 43% ABV; with only 2,000 bottles produced. It presents an aromatic beginning with notes of ginger, honey, bitters, spices, oak, vanilla, rye, and exotic fruit zest; while a bold and complex journey leads to a long and warm finish. April 2021
Apologies, but this combination is remarkably unusual. The bottle has a floral scent of lavender and dried rosemary, then shifts to warm ginger candy with baking spices like allspice, clove, and vanilla. The flavor profile continues the discrepancy. The initial taste reminds me of fruit snacks or a fruit roll-up. Overly sweet candy that leans towards being a liqueur. I would not repurchase.
It's a heavy drink; it definitely requires some ice and dilution. This is fantastic for fans of old fashioneds! It's one I'll probably always keep at home.
It's acceptable for what it is, but you could whip up a similar cocktail at home. The bitters are doing most of the heavy lifting, and the spirit itself is hard to detect in the body.
Although not strictly a spirit, this is a truly delightful blend of flavors: tropical rum, honey, ginger, a touch of rye, and a hint of bitters.
