Having enjoyed H.M.’s Rum & Rye, we were eager to evaluate their latest offering. This version is less sweet, distinctly cherry-forward, and spicier, yet equally rich. It functions perfectly as a ready-to-drink (RTD) beverage, and we sampled it both neat and served over a large ice cube. Both methods were successful. What particularly appeals to us is the authentic Manhattan flavor, which is challenging to achieve in pre-batched formats. Kudos to the Hercules Mulligan team; you've created another guaranteed success.
