About this bottle

Old Hampshire Blended Applejack is produced from a combination of New Hampshire apples, including Crispin, Cortland, Macintosh, and Honeycrisp varieties, which are fermented with wine yeast. The cider is subsequently twice distilled in an alembic still and then undergoes a two-year aging process in charred barrels.

Anthony Harwood 3.0

Better than I expected. Smells like apples, but the flavor doesn't match. I detect some fruitiness alongside stone or lead notes. Not worth the price, but still enjoyable.

Evelyn Robinson 3.5

It's acceptable. A bit expensive for mixing, and a little too specialized for everyday drinking. I appreciate a distillery that takes creative risks.
