The Fillioux family has a history in Cognac dating back to 1880 when Honore Fillioux established the house. Today, the business is led by the fourth-generation owner, Pascal Fillioux, and his son, Christophe. Their estate is situated within the prime "golden triangle" of the Grande Champagne region, the 1er Cru de Cognac. The house's premier offering, Très Vieux, is aged for a quarter-century.

Aroma of waxy citrus oil and earthy minerals. A trace of untamed oak. Mild, dry sweetness. Finishes with golden raisins and yellow apples. The tannins contribute to the light body, but it could benefit from a bit more alcohol content.
