Still quite youthful. It requires additional time aging to soften its rough spots. The aroma is straightforward rye, with barley providing balance. The palate offers typical black pepper, but little else. The finish is hot.

Considering it's Finnish and young, it's quite good. However, it needs more time to mellow out and achieve the smoothness it lacks. If it were smoother, it would be delicious.
From the advent calendar, item 15. It has a clear, pale gold appearance with thin legs. The scent is spicy, herbal, and fruity. The flavor follows with spice, herbs, and fruit. It has a light body with a moderately strong warming sensation. Scored 3.3 out of 5.
Gentle, velvety, quite fruity and floral. It lacks smoke or peat, offering sweetness and spice, with a slight nod to brandy.
A disappointment. It doesn't taste like whiskey. Nonetheless, it's commendable that the Finnish are exploring whiskey production.
Smooth, not smoky, sweet, with minimal aftertaste
