About this bottle

Celebrating the concept of "chef's choice" from Japanese cuisine, this limited edition is part of Hatozaki's Omakase series. It represents the brand's oldest age statement to date. Bottled at the Kaikyō distillery, it is a blend of select Japanese malt whisky that has aged for at least 12 years in new, charred oak barrels before an additional 3-year finish in scarce Mizunara casks originating from Japan's Hokkaido forests. It is bottled at 46% ABV, with a U.S. exclusive release of 3,000 bottles as of October 2025. (SRP $149.99)
