I truly enjoyed this gin. It starts out fairly simple and has a bit of a burn, but the honey is very noticeable in the smooth finish. It tasted excellent neat and made a very good negroni.
Currently, this is my preferred gin. I enjoy drinking it straight. The honey provides a pleasant smoothness without diminishing the juniper flavor at all.
Same style and price bracket, best rated first.
