Door County Gin

I was happy to be a beta tester for a new feature, especially since it allowed me to review one of my beloved gins! Door County, Wisconsin, extends into Lake Michigan; it's a lovely area, full of rocky coasts, fruit farms, and evergreen woods. This gin perfectly captures the crispness of those pines and spruces – it's bright, invigorating, cool, and refreshing, with a spicy, herbal finish. It pairs perfectly with tonic, and it also makes a great martini. If you ever find yourself in Wisconsin, grab a bottle!
