Tasted neat with a friend. On the nose: it's earthy and savory, with hints of bandaids, citrus, and lemon zest. On the palate, I detect smoke, peat, and earthy soil. It's wonderfully mellow.
Smoke, oak, grilled animal, grassy agave, pine, and adhesive bandages. Smoky, a touch sweet, savory, mildly peppery and fruity.
