About this bottle

Mezcal Metiche Joven is made from 100% salmiana agave, which is grown at approximately 6,000 feet in elevation within San Luis Potosî, a Mexican state recognized as one of eight regions where mezcal is produced. The salmiana agave requires 13 to 15 years to mature, and its hearts are cooked in traditional stone ovens before the spirit is distilled. It is presented at 80 proof.
