A complex agave spirit made from 100% Weber Blue Agave, hand-picked from a single plantation on Tepecoste Hill in Jalisco's Los Altos Highlands, aged over 3 years. It begins aromatically with cooked agave, wood, nuts, and herbs; its bold and fibrous character adds notes of vanilla toffee, honeyed spice cake, and toasted meringue; culminating in a long, dry, earthy finish with hints of oak, pepper, salt, and minerals.
