Shantel Garza 3.8

Drinking it straight. The smell is distinct. There's agave and many vegetal notes: plant leaves, lawn clippings, carrot juice, lemons, canned fruit/apples, soil, just a whisper of ethanol. The longer I inhale, the more appealing it becomes. The flavor begins sugary, then quickly transitions to minerality, herbs such as tarragon and coriander, vanilla, returning to agave syrup tempered by black pepper, a sugary sting and herbal bitterness. It has a full body and a somewhat slick texture. In summary, it's very decadent and sweet, mellow, packed with tastes not typical in spirits. Appears to have artificial enhancers, if that's a concern. Decent price. I can name less expensive options I'd prefer, but none with this kind of taste characteristic

A top choice for me, very smooth, slightly syrupy
