This double-distilled silver tequila from Gran Cava de Oro is produced using 100% blue weber agave, harvested between 7 and 10 years old, from Jalisco's Los Altos (Highlands) and Tequila Valley regions. Designated for export to the US and Canada, it is bottled unaged at 40% ABV. The version sold only in Mexico is marketed under the "Cava de Oro" label.

The nose offers fresh citrus along with subtle hints of green pepper, herbs, and fresh agave. It smells exceptionally clean. On the palate, an immediate and intense cracked pepper flavor emerges, softening into a gentle, slightly sweet lime finish.
