Elaine Hatfield 2.5

A refreshing Agave Spirit from the Gonzalez family Estate in Atotonilco, Jalisco, Highlands, Mexico, cooked in clay pits and twice distilled in stainless steel. It has a fragrant beginning with agave, citrus, floral, and fresh herbal notes. Its lively body offers flavors of cooked agave, lime, orange peel, celery, pepper, mint, pine, and soil, leading to a swift, mild finish with a touch of smoke. December 2021 / May 2022 / April 2023

From a holiday advent calendar from roughly two years back, ha. Sampled over a large ice cube and it's quite plain, to be honest. It has notes of the greenest agave.

Sidney Lindquist 2.8

It's okay, with a slight sting during the swallow
