A refreshing Agave Spirit from the Gonzalez family Estate in Atotonilco, Jalisco, Highlands, Mexico, cooked in clay pits and twice distilled in stainless steel. It has a fragrant beginning with agave, citrus, floral, and fresh herbal notes. Its lively body offers flavors of cooked agave, lime, orange peel, celery, pepper, mint, pine, and soil, leading to a swift, mild finish with a touch of smoke. December 2021 / May 2022 / April 2023
