About this bottle
The Buffalo Trace Prohibition Collection is the debut offering in what is anticipated to be an annual limited edition, multi-bottle series. It honors whiskeys that were legally produced and sold by the distillery, then known as George T. Stagg Distillery, during the Prohibition era. This initial release includes five Prohibition-era brands that had previously vanished: Old Stagg, Three Feathers, Walnut Hill, George T. Stagg Spiritus Frumenti, and Golden Wedding. Golden Wedding is presented as a 107 proof rye whiskey. The collection is sold exclusively as a set of five 375ml bottles, packaged in a custom wooden display case, with a suggested retail price of $999.99.
