An intense, flavored gin from Gin Foundry, created to celebrate Ginvent! For their 2017 edition, they have packed this spirit full of Christmas botanicals, including chocolate, mulling spices, elderberries, rosemary and even Christmas tree. Only 200 ceramic bottles have been produced & each one features a hand-painted Christmas tree. It has an earthy opening with tastes of pine & sweet juicy berries; while a balanced life adds botanicals & bitter dark chocolate notes; leading to a long finish with hints of citrus & pepper.
