Gekkeikan Sake

I don't usually drink Sake, but this seems to be the standard sake offered at most restaurants. It's not bad, quite neutral. I preferred it warm, but it was also cold outside, so that might be a factor.

Honestly, it's not a fancy sake, but it delivers as advertised: good, average flavor with that classic sake taste.

It glides down smoothly, with minimal bitterness and acidity. Hints of earthy rice and faint grapefruit might be present.

I'm not a fan of Saki. I couldn't finish it. I'm sure it's good for its intended purpose. 🤷‍♂️
