Since this is my first cognac at 15 years, I'm uncertain what to think. It's fruity, but not distinctly so. It's not terrible, but if this is what cognac is like, I'll pass.
Tasted from a filled dark chocolate. The flavor is light and subtle, with minimal burn. Appears to be a good spirit for sipping.
