Aroma: Molasses, Ginger, Apple Pie, Toffee, Dark Chocolate, Cinnamon, Luxardo Cherries, Blood Oranges, Hazelnuts, Rose, White Chocolate Palate: Granny Smith Apples, Morello Cherries, Peaches, Raspberry Cola, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Almonds, Honey, Pears, Ginger, Peach Syrup Aftertaste: Granny Smith Apples, Molasses, Cinnamon, Almonds, Pears, Golden Kiwis, Nutmeg, Date Syrup, Coconuts, Crystallized Ginger

Nose: A minty, almost rye-like scent. Caramel, spice. A very slight hint of caramelized banana. Palate: A touch of heat, very whisky-like with a strong oak influence, caramel, spice, and the Calvados cask influence is also evident. Despite a bit of heat, it drinks very smoothly for being 61% ABV. There's a touch of smoky char from the oak. Finish: Sweet dark caramel and baking spices.

A fantastic pour. I was at a cocktail bar seeking a bourbon, and the bartender suggested this. It really hit the spot with a smooth, spiced flavor and a touch of sweetness. Recommended served on ice or neat.
