Neat. Color is a light straw with long legs in the glass. Aroma is unique with cooked agave, caramel green apple, citrus, oak, vanilla. Taste is cooked agave sweet, fruits and citrus with black pepper and cinnamon and slight oak, caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, with hints of barley malt, hops, cocoa powder. Finish is long, sweet with vanilla, black pepper and cinnamon, oak tannins, and very slight hops. I truly enjoyed this one. More vibrant than the 2019 blend with the apples, citrus, and hops and less wood influence. A must-try for blanco enthusiasts seeking a bit more wood complexity without losing the agave character.

Fantastic spirit, though it doesn't reach the heights of the 2019 winter blend. Both are excellent and distinct, but the '19 had a unique profile of cognac desserts and chocolate. Nose: Cooked agave, hops, vanilla, milk chocolate, bananas, coconut, pineapple, guava, passion fruit, coffee Palate: Guava, cinnamon, milk chocolate, cooked agave, vanilla, honey, bananas, oranges, cherries, grass, spearmint, anise Finish: Vanilla, bananas, honey, coconut, milk chocolate
This reposado's flavor is incredibly distinctive. My guess is that aging in beer barrels gave it a smoother, sweeter character. It still offers pleasant spice and leaves a gentle warmth in the chest after sipping. Despite the warmth, it's exceptionally smooth and delicious.
Very unique and tasty. Earthy, spicy agave flavors with some unique layers from the French oak and the beer barrel adding a rounded sweetness.
This is undoubtedly one of the best tequilas I've had. I'm going to be bummed when it's empty
