Yeast from the company's proprietary mixture drives fermentation, followed by distillation and triple filtering. It rests in exquisite oak casks and is presented in hand-painted, individually numbered vessels crafted by local artisans. It opens with a fragrant bouquet of cooked tomato, pomelo, dry soil, and a gradual emergence of cedar. The taste presents hints of vanilla, earthy agave, a bit of sweet tropical fruit, and honey.
