While traversing the red, chalky agave fields of Santiago Matatlan, Arik Torren, the founder of Fidencio Mezcal, observed a distinctive geological feature: a vein of white chalk. Pondering the potential flavor impact of this soil variation, he developed Tierra Blanca. This mezcal is made from 100% espadín agave and is distinguished from the Fidencio Classico (Espadin) by this unique geological formation and its ABV.

Rich and wispy notes. Some vegetal character and quite a lot of heat. Little to no sweetness, but it still tastes like a rich BBQ sauce.
