Bozal Guías de Calabaza is a vegetarian Sacrificio mezcal, made from 100% espadín agave. Instead of animal products, its creation incorporates ingredients like pumpkin stems, plantains, seasonal fruits and grains, and chepiche, a Mexican herb. These elements are placed within the still during the second and final distillation. This mezcal originates from Río de Ejutla in Oaxaca and is presented at 94 proof.
