This gin incorporates 23 distinct botanicals sourced globally, including Tuscan juniper berry, Indonesian cubeb pepper, Jamaican ginger root, Malaysian clove, Sri Lankan cinnamon and nutmeg, South Indian cardamom, West African grains of paradise, European lemon peel, orange peel, coriander seeds, licorice, Philippine star anise, Indian cassia, French rosemary and lavender blossom, orris root, hop, yarrow, gentian root, angelica, blessed thistle, and carob. Each batch is created by blending 4 or 5 distillations made at different points to capture peak botanical flavor, resulting in approximately 35 bottles at nearly 50% ABV.
