This rum, sourced from Hampden and independently bottled for a wine retailer, is intensely funky throughout, so be prepared. I detect notes of diesel, celery, and pizza, alongside more common tropical fruit flavors. The high proof (125) contributes to a substantial mouthfeel. It's one of the most intriguing rums in my collection.
