Served neat. The nose presents agave, red apple, minerals, with a hint of mint and herbs. The taste mirrors the nose, featuring agave, some apple, green herbs, bright mint, soft citrus, and a mineral salinity. The finish is dry with a touch of sweetness, citrus peel, and soft herbs. A very pleasing blanco. It's complex yet approachable and not overly sweet. Difficult to surpass at its price point. It certainly outperforms its cost category.

Truly exceptional. It's clean on the palate with no added ingredients. The body is well-rounded, with a subtle saltiness complemented by bright citrus notes.
Acceptable, with a slight burn on the way down. Not terrible.
