About this bottle

Equiano Light is composed of molasses rum produced in copper pot stills at Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. This rum is then blended and aged for a minimum of 3 years in ex-bourbon barrels. It is further combined with unaged rum derived from fresh sugarcane juice originating from Africa. This "cane juice" rum is distilled in a single column still. The final blend is bottled at 43% ABV and was scheduled for release in May, 2021.

Sonya Freitas 4.8

It's smooth with a light burn that tingles on the tongue. Excellent for any mixed drink and a fine substitute for tequila reposado.

Orlando Ahn 1.0

Definitely designed for mixing rather than sipping neat.
