This additive-free tequila is produced entirely from blue Weber agave cultivated on a single estate within the Tequila valley (Los Valles). The agave is cooked in stone ovens, processed with a screw mill, fermented with wild yeast in open-air tanks, and twice distilled in stainless steel stills equipped with copper coils. It is presented at 89 proof.

An opulent Agave Spirit from NOM 1137. It greets with an aromatic beginning featuring notes of agave, earth, fruits, herbs & spices; its rich & spicy character adds notes of citrus & white pepper; concluding with a balanced, medium-length finish. Sampled between December 2017 and October 2019.
